What can I see and do at Icicle Ridge? 

  • Hiking Trail
    The out and back trail up to Icicle Ridge can be hiked for however long you want, although a natural turn-around spot can be found about 2-miles in. At this point you can enjoy spectacular views of Leavenworth. It's a popular trail so try to do it either early morning or in late afternoon. It takes most folks about 3 hours to complete.
  • Mountain Biking
    Mountain biking is also allowed along this trail although the 5000 foot climb makes it rather brutal. If you want to make a loop out of it, shuttle to 4th of July Trailhead and start there, ending at Icicle Ridge Trailhead.

Where is Icicle Ridge?

Take Highway 2 to the west end of Leavenworth and turn left onto Icicle Road. Follow this road for 1.4 miles and take a right at the Icicle Ridge Trail sign. The parking area will be on your left.
